This exclusive
program offers travellers a unique
journey across the Atlantic. Offered in both
north and
southbound itinerary options, the
journey links Iceland, the Faroe Islands and
the Orkney Islands. Day 1: Begin your
journey aboard the Northlink ferry from
Aberdeen to Kirkwall, transfer to town and
check in to your accommodation for three
nights Day 2: Today’s
day tour will take you to see the
archaeological sights from the Stone Age to
the Iron Age. Day 3: Visit the
St Magnus Cathedral and the remains of the
Earl’s and Bishop’s Palaces, take a tour of
the Highland Park Distillery and the visit
the shops for some locally made jewelry.
Enjoy dinner at a selection of restaurants
in town. Day 4: Visit Stromness this morning and board the ferry
to Scrabster, where you will spend one night Day 5: Board the
comfortable Norrona ferry and embark on a
full day sailing experience to the Faroe
Islands, spend two nights in Torshavn Day 6: This
afternoon’s tours include a bus and walking
tour around Torshavn, introducing you to the
old and new parts of town. Then a
short bus tour will take you to Sornfelli
for an incredible view across the islands. Day 7: A shuttle
transfer early this afternoon to Vagar
airport where you board a flight to Iceland,
spend three nights in Reykjavik Day 8: This
morning you will join a guided tour of the
city, see the sights and spending the
afternoon exploring on your own. Day 9: A guided
tour of the Golden Circle is planned for
today, visit Geysir hot spring area,
Gullfoss waterfall and Thingvellir National
Park. Day 10: Transfer
to the airport for your return flight, you
may wish to upgrade this transfer to include
a stop of the famous Blue Lagoon. This
geothermal mineral spa will leave you
feeling relaxed and revitalized after your
